Until I met Jon, I had never really been interested in fitness. I wasn’t overweight, or super thin, and didn’t think I needed it. Part of it had to do with a complete lack of interest in working out - I just didn’t have fun. After some persuasion, I decided to join Jon for a few workouts, and I was instantly converted. Jon has a very special knack for motivating people to workout and for getting people to enjoy doing it. He knows how to do every movement properly, and makes sure you don’t do the exercises in a way that will get you hurt. Since starting to workout with Jon, I’ve since moved on to having fitness be an everyday part of my life. I can proudly say that I am without a doubt one of the most physically active people I know, and that I’m in the best shape of my life. I only wish I had met Jon sooner so I could have started earlier.
