Wish I had -negative star rating for this company. Please avoid using this company for your appraisals. they are completely knowledgeable in the field and the guys working here have no idea of what they are doing. Not only are they complete ripoff as they charged me $1100 for an appraisal that costs only $300 but the report they prepared is a complete garbage. Value my house close to $300k less than its true value. So do yourself a favour and avoid this company.
