Salish Sea Heating & Ventilation Ltd

Salish Sea Heating and Ventilation agreed to fix the geothermal heating system for our house on Saltspring on November 15, 2016 – but as of December 12, 2017, the repair is still not finished and Mr. Beck has not responded to repeated emails or phone messages since December 15, 2016. All I want is to know is what’s happened so far and what the remaining problems are. If Salish Sea can't fix whatever is wrong, I just want them to tell me so I can get on with doing whatever I need to do to get heat in the house again. On October 25, 2017, in desperation, I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. The BBB asked Mr. Beck twice for a response, but he did not reply to them either.
