Groom Room

Sorry for leaving this comment in the reviews section, but did not see a place to react to a previous review. The previous review from "Tony Rosati" was false. This person must have made an appointment somewhere else thinking it was for The Groom Room in Alliston. But did not have an appointment here! He was offered to have his dog groomed since I felt bad they made the mistake, but AFTER the dogs that already HAD appointments were finished, but he never came back during business hours, I can't wait around all night. Mr. Rosati did not leave contact information, so it was unfortunate that he was not able to be contacted. Very sorry about Tony Rosati's experience but next time make sure you have the right place when you are making an appointment, another groomer was most likely upset that you didn't show up!
