I was not impressed the 2 times I visited this store, to the point that I will not be returning ever. The first time was to make a purchase during which the manager who was ringing up a sale said " ka-ching what a great sale." I am aware that commission is a part of sales but such blatant self-congratulations was a bit much when I was within hearing distance, The second time I visited the store was to return an item. The sales man was un cooperative to the point I was about to request seeing a written return policy. He actually said, "I am just trying to help you" when I declined to purchase another item instead of getting a refund. Very under trained staff!
