They did a countertop and sink installation less than 2 years go. Sink has totally detached from countertop and was left hanging. Called them, they tried to blame the curburator BUT YET I DONT HAVE ONE, when I told them I don't have one, they told me this is normal and happens. I beg to differ. I have many friends with the same and this has never happened to them. They were going to charge me to fix this, I told them they were leaving me no choice as I need to use my sink. They were to call me back for an appointment and have not heard from them at all. Its now been 2 weeks. I called back after one week, and was told the owner would call me back, well guess what, nothing!! Went to Home Depot, they were shocked this happened as they have never heard of this and said if they had installed this, they would have fixed for me. SO YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I should have paid more and probably would have gotten CUSTOMER SERVICE.
